Project Methodology

We use a methodology based on the Systems Development Life Cycle or “waterfall” approach.   Our goal is to design a customized ACT! database around the client’s business processes.  Here are the main steps:

1. Planning --  Initial analysis followed by the design and development of the prototype database.
2. Implementation --  Installation of the software and database on desktops, laptops and the server.
3. Training -- After the prototype is refined we will train at the client site using the customized database.
4. Go Live -- after training we do a final conversion (if applicable) and start using the new system.
5. Support --  We recommend affordable unlimited phone/remote support for every company using ACT!
